Aramark Management, LLC, et al., v. Steve Borgquist, et al.

In a breach-of-contract case, an Analysis Group team supported Managing Principal Jeffrey H. Kinrich in estimating damages suffered by the plaintiffs, Aramark Management and its subsidiary HPSI. The case involved allegations that two former employees breached their various legal obligations to the plaintiffs by, among other things, creating a competing business, pursuing the plaintiffs’ customers, and misappropriating confidential information.

Mr. Kinrich testified in court on lost profits, as well as on the benefits to the defendants from their alleged wrongdoing. Ultimately, the jury found wrongful conduct with respect to certain of the at-issue customers and used Mr. Kinrich’s testimony in awarding damages.
