Cashmere & Camel Hair Manufacturers Institute and L.W. Packard & Company v. Harvé Benard

Our client, Harvé Benard, was sued by the Cashmere & Camel Hair Manufacturers Institute and L.W. Packard, a fabric manufacturer, with L.W. Packard alleging that it experienced lost profits because of improper content labeling of its women's blazers. Martha Samuelson, CEO and Chairman of Analysis Group, provided expert testimony that rebutted the plaintiff's expert reports. The plaintiff was unable to show direct harm to its business due to the defendant's alleged actions, and the case was dismissed on summary judgment.
