Class Action v. Horace Mann Life Insurance et al.

Analysis Group was retained by Denton’s on behalf of Horace Mann Insurance in this class action involving sales practices related to disability insurance with income offset provisions. Our team, led by Managing Principals Bruce Deal and Mark Gustafson, undertook analyses to estimate exposure and to evaluate settlement proposals involving the sale of the disability policies to teachers.
