Class Action v. Ohio National Life Insurance Company

Analysis Group Managing Principal Bruce Deal served as the primary expert for Ohio National Life Insurance Company in its sales practices class action litigation. We assisted Ohio National and Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, outside counsel, in analyzing the extent of possible sales practices problems, developing appropriate remedies, and evaluating the economic implications of various settlement alternatives. The class action litigation was approved for settlement in July 1999 and the settlement administration is now completed.
