CSR v. Lloyd's Underwriters

CSR, an Australian company, sued Lloyd's and other insurers and insurance brokers, alleging industrywide collusion and conspiracy to prevent CSR from changing commercial liability insurance carriers. Analysis Group was retained on behalf of the insurers. Our case team, led by Managing Principal Bruce Deal, provided expert analysis and testimony regarding US and worldwide commercial insurance industry capacity during relevant periods.
