Medtronic MiniMed v. Nova BioMedical

Medtronic MiniMed accused our client, Nova Biomedical Corp., of misappropriating trade secrets related to wireless communication technology used in insulin pumps, and sought more than $30 million in damages. Affiliate Laura Stamm provided rebuttal testimony on lost profits damages on behalf of Nova at a three-week trial in the US District Court, Central District of California. In a complete victory for Nova, the jury found that Medtronic had not proved any of its claims.
