Minuteman Trucks, Inc. v. HN80 Corporation and Sterling Truck Corp.

Analysis Group developed a methodology for measuring the level of service labor and parts sales lost by a truck dealer due to the manufacturer’s practice of selling medium- and heavy-duty trucks to a leasing company at lower prices than it offered to the dealer. We also assisted counsel in preparing the expert witness for testimony, and in preparing for the testimony of the opposing expert.
