Music Licensing Royalty Rate Analyses

Analysis Group has been retained by performing rights organizations (PROs) on numerous projects related to the determination of appropriate royalties for music performance rights. These projects have included analysis of music use and royalties in radio, broadcast and cable television, and digital media. We have also helped PROs design surveys to gather information on music use. Our work has involved extensive analysis of large, complex data sets. Senior Advisor Jeff Cohen and Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair have managed these assignments.
