NES Financial Corp. v. JPMorgan Chase Bank

Affiliate Laura Stamm provided both liability and damages testimony in a breach of contract and fraud suit alleging failure to disclose potential liabilities after the plaintiff, NES Financial Corp., purchased one of the bank's subsidiaries that provided intermediary services for like-kind exchanges.  After a bench trial, the judge ruled that NES Financial had failed to sufficiently show that a contract had been breached or that NES Financial had suffered damages.
