Northside Hospital Acquisition of Gwinnett Health System

An Analysis Group team led by Managing Principal Dov Rothman and Vice President David Toniatti was retained by McDermott Will & Emery and Crowell & Moring on behalf of the merging parties to provide economic assistance in support of Northside Hospital’s acquisition of Gwinnett Health System. After a Second Request by the US Federal Trade Commission, the transaction closed successfully.
