In this matter involving treatment of accumulated earnings for tax purposes, we were retained to analyze whether a closely held corporation was holding excess working capital. Our team, led by Managing Principal Jeffrey Malinak, provided analytic and litigation support for the testimony of our academic affiliate, Professor Ray Ball of the University of Chicago.
