SmithKline v. Revenue Canada

In this case involving a transfer-pricing dispute between SmithKline and Revenue Canada, Analysis Group was hired by Bennett Jones to address market definition issues. The Analysis Group team, led by Managing Principal Paul Greenberg, worked with our academic affiliate to analyze patterns of drug switching by patients between brand name and generic drugs. The case settled out of court.
