Sunset Drive Corporation v. City of Redlands

Analysis Group was retained by counsel for real estate developer Sunset Drive Corporation in its lawsuit against the City of Redlands for preventing the construction of a multifamily low-income housing development. The Analysis Group case team, led by Vice President Mike Nguyen, conducted statistical analyses of US Census Bureau data to assess whether minority households were more likely to be affected by the housing denial. Analysis Group Senior Advisor Bruce Strombom provided expert testimony on the damages suffered by Sunset Drive Corporation as a result of the housing denial.
