Rise@AG Externship

Learn about a career in economic consulting with Analysis Group's immersive, week-long summer externship experience.

Analysis Group’s in-person externship is designed to introduce rising sophomores from historically underrepresented backgrounds to the world of economic consulting, where data-driven minds solve business and litigation problems. Externs will be able to develop their analytical toolkits, practice interview skills, and network with AG consultants. They will also work alongside peers on a mock case experience, shadow an AG analyst, and build relationships for future mentoring opportunities.

The Program

• The externship is a week-long experience that takes place in Boston, MA each August (see job posting for exact dates).
• The experience is completely free for externs and includes travel, accommodations, and all meals.
• The externship concludes with an interview for the following summer’s analyst internship at the office of their choice.

Applications and Eligibility

• The program is designed for intellectually curious undergraduate sophomores who have a passion for using data and analytics.
• Applications are accepted annually on a rolling basis from November through March.
• Students who identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latinx, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander are welcome to apply.
