- Why did you choose Analysis Group?
- Having previously worked in market research, I wanted to find a new position and company where I could grow and be a part of a great culture. Without a doubt, Analysis Group has been able to provide all of that and more. Everyone I’ve worked with here is not only kind, but also highly motivated and eager to help others learn.
- What do you enjoy most about your work? What do you find most challenging?
- I most enjoy the awesome people I interact with to get it all done. Everyone on our team genuinely enjoys helping each other out and succeeding as a group. Coordinating timelines and work product with such a large team can sometimes be challenging. But because of the size and diversity of skills on our team, we’re able to create truly unique and exciting material.
- What was it like joining Analysis Group?
- In one word, amazing. Between the incredible support from all of my coworkers, the great events, and the unlimited snacks, I was overwhelmed with all the exciting things AG had to offer.
- What types of projects do you work on?
- I work a lot with all of the client and contact information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This leads to a wide range of project involvement for me – sometimes that’s assembling mailing lists to go out for marketing campaigns, or keeping affiliate profiles updated on our internal sites.
- How do you collaborate with employees across the firm?
- I work with principals and vice presidents to create and update affiliate profiles. Many of our consultants reference these profiles to match an expert to a case they’re working on. And when it comes to managing our affiliate database, I collaborate with just about all departments and levels of employees across AG.
- What do you do when you’re not working?
- You can find me spending as much time outside as possible, usually hiking, exercising, or playing with my dog.
- How do you find a suitable work/life balance?
- Having open communication with my manager about what’s on my plate each week helps both of us determine where I can help fill in, or where I might need some help managing my workload.
