Summary of Experience
Mr. Grigoletto has more than 37 years of experience in trading and investments as an options market maker, stock specialist, institutional trader, and portfolio manager. He has experience in executing single stock transactions and option trades, creating options overlay strategy for clients with large single-stock positions, and working with NASDAQ market makers. His expertise includes portfolio risk management, and he has strong analytical skills in equity and equity-related (derivative) instruments. As the CEO of Grigoletto Financial Consulting, he drives business development for elite individuals and financial groups. Previously, he served as chief commercial officer for both Hull Tactical Funds, where he headed marketing and business development, and Ketchum Trading Partners, where he oversaw the global risk of 25 trading partners. Prior to those positions, Mr. Grigoletto was vice president of education for the Options Industry Council (OIC), where he was responsible for promoting the use of options and the growth of the US options market to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Federal Reserve Bank regulators. He has also been senior vice president of business development at Boston Options Exchange, where he oversaw the entire process leading up to exchange launch, including the establishment of exchange rules, policies, and procedures; development of algorithms, intermarket linkage, and exchange enhancements; and compliance with ongoing regulatory requirements. Mr. Grigoletto has been a regular guest speaker at universities and has given presentations before the SEC, CFTC, House Financial Services Committee, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS).Earlier in his career, he was a founding partner at the investment advisory firm Chicago Analytical Capital Management, a portfolio manager for both the Equity 500 and MidCap 400 portfolios at Hull Trading, and a market maker at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. Mr. Grigoletto is a former chairman of the Securities Trading Association Derivatives Committee. He has held Series 7, 55, 63, and 65 licenses.
