Summary of Experience

Mr. Glucksman is an independent expert advisor who consults to investment banks, law firms, and companies on CDOs, RMBS, SIVs, ABS, ABCP, and other structured finance products. A former managing director of Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank, Mr. Glucksman has more than 30 years of investment banking and legal experience in a broad range of securities, corporate, and consumer matters. He has been retained on major securitization litigation cases, including a medical receivables matter, various SIV-related matters, and a CDO arbitration matter regarding liability. He has provided expert testimony at various trials on liability, securitization, and indenture matters. Mr. Glucksman was also a testifying expert on a retail credit card and securitization matter, and he has been an expert witness on various due diligence matters for JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and U.S. Bancorp. He has consulted to investment banks on issues including a CDO warehouse (RMBS and ABS) facility, and to a midsize hedge fund on RMBS and CDO matters. His ABS and MBS experience includes developing Citi's first collateralized mortgage obligation and several of its various credit card ABS structures. He has interfaced with governmental agencies, regulators, sureties, and rating agencies, and has presented on securitization matters to the US Senate Subcommittee on Securities. He was also a lecturer on policy issues in securitization at the American Securitization Forum. Mr. Glucksman is a member of the bars of New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
