Summary of Experience
Ms. Bieri is an economist experienced in intellectual property valuation, with additional expertise in conducting analyses in the areas of energy and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). She has managed case teams and supported the preparation of expert testimony involving the calculation of damages associated with copyright, trademark and patent infringement, and unfair competition. Ms. Bieri also has extensive experience working on energy-related matters, having analyzed the market for generation capacity in the context of the possible sale and acquisition of such capacity. Her HEOR experience has included the analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of drugs, including analyses of effects on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in the areas of oncology, autoimmune disorders, and mental illnesses.
