Dr. Dong specializes in the application of economic, financial, and statistical theories to questions in complex securities and finance litigation. Her litigation and advisory experience includes performing damages and settlement exposure analyses, as well as supporting experts in numerous Rule 10b-5 and Section 11 matters on class certification, loss causation, and damages estimates. She has assisted many clients in settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations using her expertise in the settlement database of securities class action cases. Dr. Dong has also worked on a number of cases involving false advertising, intellectual property, copyright, insider trading, and M&A. Prior to joining Analysis Group, she was an economic consultant at WeWork, and a lecturer and research assistant at Washington University in St. Louis.
