Dr. Choi specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and valuation methods in litigation and regulatory inquiries, with a focus on antitrust and finance. She has experience across a variety of industries and markets, including technology, agriculture, retail, and cryptocurrency. In antitrust matters, Dr. Choi has evaluated market definition, market power, and competitive effects in unilateral conduct and joint conduct cases. In finance matters, she has conducted analyses of market efficiency and fair value in multiple industries. Dr. Choi has supported experts in class certification, liability, and damages matters and in all phases of litigation, including trial. She previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
