Mr. Doran has over a decade of research and consulting experience in the health care industry, partnering with clients to advance the value and quality of clinical care delivery. He focuses on developing market access, reimbursement, and evidence generation strategies to support biopharmaceutical clients in US and global settings. Mr. Doran has supported clients ranging from large multinational corporations to development-stage companies across a range of therapeutic and diagnostic products, with an indication focus on inflammatory diseases, oncology, neurology, vaccines, and rare disease applications. Notable cases include the development of global evidence generation planning for a multi-indication inflammatory disease product, market entry strategy for a novel next-generation sequencing platform, and launch pricing and reimbursement strategy for a rare metabolic disease asset.
Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Doran worked as a health care consultant at the Advisory Board Company, where he advised hospitals and health systems on value assessments for medical device selection, capital investment decisions, and operating room economics. Prior to that, he held a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, contributing to numerous publications and presentations in the field of neuroimmunology.
