Summary of Experience
Dr. Shen specializes in the application of microeconomics, statistics, and econometrics to litigation and non-litigation matters in the areas of antitrust and competition, labor and employment, energy and environment, and commercial disputes. In the area of antitrust, she has analyzed collaboration agreements between competitors and examined allegations of price-fixing. In her work on labor-related cases, Dr. Shen has analyzed claims of discrimination and worker misclassification and examined estimates of lost earnings. Prior to joining Analysis Group, she performed research for the President’s Council of Economic Advisers and analyzed regulations for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
