Dr. Palacios specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to complex litigation matters in antitrust and competition, labor and employment, and commercial disputes. She has assisted clients and supported experts in the preparation of reports, testimony, and related analyses. In the area of antitrust, Dr. Palacios has analyzed liability issues and assessed overcharge and damages models in the technology, transportation, and health care industries. In her work on labor and employment, she has analyzed compensation and recruiting data and examined damages in cases involving allegations of no-poach agreements.
