Ms. Guevara applies consumer behavior and marketing research methods to complex litigation matters and strategic business problems in the areas of false advertising, trademark infringement, commercial disputes, software, and technology litigation. She has also applied quantitative and qualitative research to provide strategic advice to federal and local government agencies and businesses on the topics of energy market structure, environmental policy, and renewable resource programs. Ms. Guevara has supported academic and technical experts throughout the litigation process, from expert report preparation to deposition and trial testimony. Prior to joining Analysis Group, she held roles in product marketing, marketing technology strategy, and email, social media, and digital media automation.
