Summary of Experience

Ms. Livington’s litigation and advisory expertise includes the application of consumer behavior and marketing research methods to litigation matters and strategic business problems. Ms. Livingston has supported academic affiliates and counsel in all phases of litigation, including the preparation of expert reports, depositions, and other presentations. She has also supported leading marketing experts in litigations involving the basis for comparative advertising claims, the sufficiency of advertising disclosures, and the effect of marketing activities on consumer and public perceptions. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Livingston worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where she assisted in the development of rulemaking for the FDIC’s risk-based deposit insurance assessment system.
