Summary of Experience
Mr. McCoy specializes in applying data analysis techniques to complex corporate strategy and litigation questions, primarily in the health care sector. He has designed and built real-time suspicious order monitoring systems for distributors and pharmacy chains, as well as accompanying analytical frameworks and visualizations. Mr. McCoy has worked with cross-functional client teams to create and maintain the technical infrastructure and standard operating procedures of projects in response to controlled substance distribution government investigations and lawsuits. He has also supported leading academic experts who conduct economic and statistical evaluations of causation and damages in litigation. Mr. McCoy has overseen the development and assessment of large, transaction-level databases of customer shipments, payments, and claims in matters involving the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and False Claims Act (FCA).
