Ms. Ward has conducted economic and statistical analyses in a broad range of litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters, including class certification, finance and securities, intellectual property, and general commercial litigation. Her class certification case experience includes analyzing large health care claims datasets, conducting extensive contract review, assessing financial relationships across supply chains, and analyzing advertising targeting mechanisms. In her finance and securities work, she has evaluated compliance with industry standards and assessed claims of appraisal deficiencies. Her intellectual property and commercial litigation experience has involved analyzing damages across industries, such as real estate, automotive, insurance, entertainment, technology, agriculture, and health and beauty. She has experience working with attorneys across multiple phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, settlement, and trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Ward guided a business model transformation within the retail industry and led the business development of a technology start-up.
