Mr. Spittle applies his expertise in data science, data analysis, and economic modeling to consulting engagements across a range of industries, including technology, intellectual property, energy, health care, and antitrust. He has led cross-functional teams in developing innovative, data-driven solutions, including modeling the dynamics of markets, developing and deploying software applications, designing machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) methodologies, reviewing and developing research methodologies, developing novel tools for data analysis, reviewing source code for intellectual property disputes, and analyzing large datasets.
Mr. Spittle has spearheaded the development of advanced market simulation models, including energy market pricing simulations, to assess the economic impact of new products and pricing strategies. He has also led efforts to design and deploy custom applications that optimize data-driven decision making for clients. His experience includes developing real-world data collection tools in health care settings, executing budget impact and cost-effectiveness models, and presenting these insights at global conferences. His work on opioid misuse has spanned the development of suspicious order monitoring (SOM) algorithms and publication on harm-reduction models and cost assessments of opioid misuse. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Spittle worked as a lending analyst. He has also consulted pro bono on several health care analytics projects in Haiti.
