Dr. Hyun specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to matters in antitrust and competition, labor and employment, commercial disputes, and health care. She has extensive experience identifying economic theories and applying them to litigation questions, as well as designing and conducting analyses of novel and complex datasets. Dr. Hyun has supported experts in labor economics, health economics, digital marketing, industry organization, and biostatistics in litigation matters related to collusion, market allocation, price-fixing, no-poach agreements, false advertising, class certification, damages, and product liability.
