Summary of Experience
Mr. Ungerer specializes in applying complex quantitative and qualitative economic analyses to finance and securities, valuation, corporate governance, and transfer pricing matters. He has assisted attorneys in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and discovery to trial preparation and testimony. In finance and securities litigation matters, Mr. Ungerer has supported experts testifying on liability, class certification, and damages related to institutional investments and services. He has also provided extensive consulting and litigation support in commercial damages cases, Delaware Chancery Court appraisals, and other valuation disputes. Mr. Ungerer’s experience includes several transfer pricing matters, an evaluation of incentives of venture capital directors, and underwriter due diligence related to one of the largest bankruptcies in US history.
