Dr. Gendron-Saulnier specializes in the application of microeconomics and statistical analysis to antitrust, competition policy, intellectual property (IP), and commercial litigation matters in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, consumer products, agricultural products, online platforms, and technology. She has assisted clients in all phases of the litigation process and supported testifying experts in engagements such as assessing class certification claims, quantifying the economic impact of price-fixing conspiracies and false advertising, and estimating damages in commercial disputes. She also has experience applying marketing research methods to strategic business problems and litigation matters, including the development, administration, and analysis of surveys in antitrust, false advertising, and IP matters. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Gendron-Saulnier taught microeconomics and industrial organization at the Université de Montréal.
