Summary of Experience
Ms. Lu specializes in applying finance and economics to complex business litigation and damages estimation. She has managed projects across a broad range of matters involving structured finance, securities, ERISA, and intellectual property. Ms. Lu has provided assistance to attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, the discovery process, quantification and rebuttal of damages, expert testimony, and trial preparation. Her case work has spanned multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, payment cards, medical devices, and high technology. Ms. Lu’s ERISA-related experience includes evaluations of the selection of plan investments, monitoring of plan investments, asset allocation, and compensation paid to plan service providers. She also has experience in the calculation of damages in cases involving allegations of ERISA plan excessive fees and investment suitability, mutual fund adviser excessive fees, patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and fraud. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Lu was a finance manager at Amgen, Inc.
