Ms. Carter is experienced in complex financial reporting and the application of accounting concepts to questions arising in securities, finance, tax, and general business litigation. Her case work includes matters involving complicated areas of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), financial statement analysis, valuation, transfer pricing, commercial disputes, and bankruptcy. Her work has spanned multiple industries, including technology, mining, retail, entertainment, financial services, and energy; she has also assisted with litigation matters involving the application of US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Carter was a manager in the Assurance Services practice at Ernst & Young. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
