Summary of Experience
Mr. Makhija specializes in antitrust economics and industrial organization. He has extensive experience leading teams of economists and conducting sophisticated economic and financial analyses in merger- and antitrust-related litigation. His work in the area of M&A has included assisting clients seeking clearance for proposed M&A from regulators, as well as assisting third parties and regulators in assessing the antitrust risk associated with proposed M&A. In antitrust cases, Mr. Makhija has supported academic experts and led consulting teams in all phases of the litigation process. He has provided evidence to regulators in the US, Canada, and Europe. Mr. Makhija has worked with several Fortune 100 companies to assess the antitrust risk associated with their business decisions. Prior to joining Analysis Group, he was a principal at a global consulting firm.
