Ms. Hunt has more than a decade of experience applying economics, finance, and accounting concepts to a variety of litigation topics, including commercial disputes, M&A, and securities and derivative instruments. Her experience spans a wide variety of sectors and has included fact and expert discovery, class certification, liability and damages, and trial. Ms. Hunt has supported academic affiliates and industry experts in matters related to startups, private equity, and venture capital, involving analyses of future fund performance, evaluation of practices related to fundraising and investor relations, and assessment of novel business strategies for new entrants. Her work has included assessing damages and quantifying potential litigation exposure, assessing the risk quantification and investment strategies of investors, and evaluating buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes in mergers and M&A. Ms. Hunt has also assisted experts in matters involving corporate governance, the appropriateness and impact of board decisions, and whether boards have followed acceptable decision-making processes.
