Summary of Experience
Dr. Scott specializes in the application of economics and statistics to complex litigation and non-litigation matters in the areas of antitrust and competition, labor and employment, and commercial disputes. In the area of antitrust, she has analyzed class certification and liability issues and assessed overcharge and damages models in the technology, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industries. In her work on labor and employment, she has examined class certification and damages in cases involving allegations of no-poach agreements. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Scott was a fellow at the University of Oxford.
