Ms. Kepes specializes in complex litigation matters in areas such as technology, privacy and data security, intellectual property (IP), health care, and antitrust and competition. Her litigation, arbitration, and advisory experience includes supporting a wide range of industry and technical experts in complex matters involving software products, source code, and both small-molecule and biologic pharmaceuticals. Ms. Kepes has supported experts in cybersecurity, data science, and antitrust matters for firms such as Meta, Google, and Twitter. She also has extensive experience supporting economics experts in estimating damages related to IP and antitrust cases, including in matters involving allegations of false advertising, cartels, theft of trade secrets, and trademarks. Ms. Kepes has supported clients and experts before authorities in several jurisdictions in the US and Europe. She has worked across many stages of disputes, including pre-litigation consulting, preparation of expert reports, deposition and trial testimony support, and data production. Ms. Kepes has presented on the role of data access remedies in competition policy as a panelist at the Junior Competition Network and is an active participant in Analysis Group’s pro bono work.
