Ms. Huan specializes in conducting economic and quantitative analyses in a broad range of cases, including finance and securities, valuation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and damages. Her finance and securities case work has included evaluating compliance with investment policies and industry standards and practices, performing valuations of complex securities, analyzing underwriting and due diligence practices in the mortgage industry, and examining allegations of securities fraud. Ms. Huan’s international arbitration experience includes evaluating compliance with international banking regulations.
