- What has it been like “growing up” at Analysis Group?
- Growing my career at Analysis Group has been incredibly rewarding. I began as a senior analyst and have advanced through roles as associate, manager, vice president, and ultimately, partner. Throughout this journey, the firm's supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture has never changed and remains a cornerstone of our success. The emphasis on teamwork and mutual respect has fostered an environment where every individual feels valued and inspired to excel. Reflecting on my career trajectory, I’m proud of what I’ve achieved – far beyond my initial expectations. I am deeply grateful to all my colleagues whose support and trust have been essential to my growth.
- How has the firm changed since you started in 2009?
- Since I joined the firm, we’ve seen massive growth. Back then, we were solely based in North America, but now we’ve expanded our reach to Europe and Asia. We’ve also significantly diversified our practice areas. We’ve developed and expanded into fields such as health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), technology, and intellectual property, just to name a few. One thing that hasn’t changed, though, is our culture. We still strive to be energetic, collaborative, and positive. It’s great to see our core values remain as we grow.
- What do you do when you’re not working?
- I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and traveling.
- What has kept you at AG throughout the years?
- I’ve stayed due to a combination of culture, people and work. The supportive culture here is outstanding. The firm’s commitment to teamwork and mutual respect creates an environment where hard work and collaboration are recognized and rewarded. If you put in the effort, your contributions will be valued.
The people at the firm are also remarkable. We have a diverse group of highly talented individuals who are not only skilled, but also approachable and easy to work with. Over time, many of these colleagues have become close friends.
Finally, the engaging nature of the work plays a role. I work in HEOR, which is a rapidly evolving field. The variety and complexity of the cases keep the work continually fascinating, with each project presenting unique challenges and learning opportunities. This constant learning keeps my work fulfilling. - Describe one of your favorite memories with your colleagues.
- I can think of two: Sharing a meal with my colleagues after a long day of work, and exchanging tips around the challenges of parenting toddlers.
- How has AG supported you throughout your career?
- AG’s training programs cover everything from technical skills to case and client management. Plus, the firm offers tailored support such as tuition subsidies for advanced courses and coaching for writing and communication skills. The mentorship system here is fantastic, too. Every employee is paired with an advisor, and my advisor’s insights and advice have been incredibly helpful in guiding my career path.
We also have a robust feedback system in place. I get reviewed once or twice a year, which provides valuable insights and recognition for my work. It’s motivating to receive regular feedback, and it’s been useful for my continued improvement and career growth. - Is there anything else about your experience at Analysis Group that you wish to add?
- I truly believe AG is an extraordinary place to work. Our leaders are fantastic – they lead with both their brains and their hearts. They understand the importance of connecting with people on a personal level and have created an environment where everyone feels valued. The partnership within the firm is another highlight. It’s incredibly robust and built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. This shared vision drives us toward building an even stronger firm together.
