Analysis Group consultants will participate as faculty in NYSBA’s Steve Houck Antitrust Trial Training Academy, a “learn-by-doing” program designed to enhance the trial advocacy skills of antitrust attorneys at all levels. Through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, the program will cover key trial components. They include:
- Direct and cross examination
- Expert testimony
- Impeachment techniques
- Use of exhibits and demonstrative evidence
- Opening statements and closing arguments
Vice Presidents Michael Carson, Alex Fiore, David Glick, Christopher Ody, Brendan Rogers, and Ben Samuels will contribute to the instructional sessions and demonstrations.
