Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann will participate in an ABA webinar discussing the growing debate over the potential procompetitive and anticompetitive effects of non-compete agreements on businesses, employees, and innovation in light of the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC’s) recent vote to ban non-competes nationwide.
Panelists will include Carolyn Jeffries (California Department of Justice), Heather Burke (White & Case), and Koren Wong-Ervin (Jones Day). The panel will be moderated by Clay Everett (Morgan Lewis).
