Affiliate Amol Navathe, M.D., Ph.D., Appointed Vice Chair of Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC)

Analysis Group congratulates affiliate Amol Navathe, M.D., Ph.D., on his appointment to vice chair of the nonpartisan Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC), which advises the US Congress on Medicare policy. Dr. Navathe is a practicing physician and economist as well as an associate professor, co-director of the Healthcare Transformation Institute, and associate director of the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on MedPAC as a commissioner since 2019.
