Analysis Group Consultants to Participate in Panels at 2024 ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Consultants from Analysis Group’s Antitrust & Competition practice will join five panels at this year’s American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.
- Vice President Juliette Caminade will join a panel on different enforcement approaches to large tech firms. The panel will be moderated by Rishi Satia (Morgan Lewis), and panelists will include Janet Jones-Duffey (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer), David Lawrence (US Department of Justice), and Noah Phillips (Cravath, Swaine & Moore).
- Vice President Anne Catherine Faye will moderate a panel on the consequences of algorithmic bias in advertising and ethical considerations of using generative AI to create targeted ad experiences. Panelists will include Mark Brennan (Hogan Lovells), Tiffany George (Federal Trade Commission), Ben Rossen (OpenAI), and Nicol Turner Lee (The Brookings Institution).
- Managing Principal Rebecca Kirk Fair will moderate a panel on recent momentum for government enforcement of the Robinson-Patman Act. Panelists will include Alvaro Bedoya (FTC), Katherine Brockmeyer (Jones Day), Sanford Pastroff (Whirlpool Corporation), and Jamie Crooks (Fairmark Partners).
- Vice President Ishita Rajani will moderate a panel on information sharing and algorithmic pricing. Panelists will include Jesus Alvarado-Rivera (Anheuser-Busch InBev Global), Markus Brazill (DOJ), and Beatriz Mejia (Cooley).
- Vice President Kristof Zetenyi will moderate a panel on strategies for improving the clarity and persuasiveness of expert testimony and presentations. Panelists will include Swathi Bojedla (Hausfeld), Leah Brannon (Cleary Gottlieb), Aditi Mehta (DOJ), and Cynthia Richman (Gibson Dunn).
