Analysis Group Consultants to Present at ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Members of Analysis Group’s Antitrust & Competition practice will participate in three panels and the mock trial at this year’s American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.
- Vice President Maria Garibotti will join a panel on fundamental economic principles and the value to lawyers of keeping pace with state-of-the-art economic thinking. Other participants will include Robert McNary (Office of The Attorney General, Los Angeles), and fellow economists Sheng Li, Maria Stoyadinova, and Vanessa Zhang.
- Vice President Jee-Yeon Lehmann will participate in a panel on recent enforcement actions challenging restraints on competition for employees. She will be joined by moderator Elai E. Katz (Cahill Gordon & Reindel), Theodore L. Banks (Scharf Banks Marmor), Keira Campbell (American Express), and David P. Wales (Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom).
- Managing Principal Divya Mathur will join a panel discussing developments in two-sided markets since the Supreme Court’s Ohio v. American Express Co. She will be joined by moderator Ankur Kapoor (Constantine Cannon), Evan R. Chesler (Cravath Swaine & Moore), Nancy L. Rose (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), and Jonathan B. Sallet (Benton Foundation).
- Finally, Managing Principal Dov Rothman will join the Spring Meeting Mock Trial as the testifying economist for the defense. The trial, which will focus on big tech, will tackle some of the challenging merger-to-monopoly issues raised in recent social networking cases. Other participants will include William M. Katz (Holland & Knight), Swathi Bojedla (Hausfeld), Hon. Richard F. Boulware II (US District Court, District of Nevada), and David Reichenberg (Cozen O’Connor).
