Analysis Group Welcomes Antitrust and Industrial Organization Economics Expert Hitesh Makhija to the Firm

Analysis Group is pleased to welcome Hitesh Makhija to its San Francisco office as a Vice President. Mr. Makhija has over a decade of experience leading teams of economists and conducting sophisticated economic and financial analyses in merger- and antitrust-related litigation. In addition to his M&A experience, he has testified before the US Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, the European Commission, the Canadian Competition Bureau, and the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. He has also worked on antitrust risk issues with several Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Makhija was a principal at a global consulting firm.
