Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann Discusses No-Poach Litigation in ABA Podcast

Analysis Group Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann, vice chair of the Distribution & Franchising Committee of the American Bar Association’s (ABA’s) Antitrust Law Section, was invited to discuss noteworthy developments in the committee's purview in 2022 on the Antitrust Law Section’s Our Curious Amalgam podcast, which covers the fields of antitrust and competition, consumer protection, and data privacy law. Speaking with hosts Alicia Downey, Sergei Zaslavsky, and Jaclyn Phillips, Dr. Lehmann and her co-vice chair, Adam S. Goodman of Dentons, discussed the government’s prosecution of the criminal wage-fixing and no-poach cases US v. Jindal and US v. DaVita Inc. and Thiry. Looking ahead to 2023, Dr. Lehmann also discussed the appeal of Deslandes v. McDonald’s, a franchise no-hire case, and how the outcome of the appeal may affect the proceedings of future labor antitrust cases.
