Third Annual Black@AG Summit Hosted by Analysis Group

Black@AG is a community of Black employees and allies at Analysis Group focused on fostering an inclusive workplace, promoting awareness of issues surrounding the Black identity, and providing support for the professional development of Black employees. Analysis Group hosted its third annual Black@AG summit, which brought our Black colleagues together in Boston for networking, professional development sessions, community building, and social events.

Presentations were given by Vera Jones, a professional development and life coach, and Paulette Brown, the first Black woman to lead the American Bar Association. The summit also included remarks and discussions led by Analysis Group Vice President Atang Gilika; board member Dwayne Banks; Senior Manager, Immigration and Global Mobility Juliet Cofie; Manager Kalé Kponee-Shovein; and Head of DE&I Sabriya Stewart. The speakers and panelists highlighted tips for success in both consulting and administrative roles.

The firm is grateful to the current and former leaders of Black@AG who developed the idea for the summit, and for the support of Analysis Group’s DE&I team, which assisted in planning and executing the summit.
