Transfer Pricing Expert Steve Allen Joins Analysis Group as a Vice President

Analysis Group is pleased to welcome Steve Allen to its Denver office as a Vice President. He brings expertise in transfer pricing and related global tax controversy matters, including the application of US and international transfer pricing regulations to all types of intercompany transactions. His experience includes litigation and consulting advice on pricing of intercompany transactions being reviewed by global tax authorities; transfer pricing for tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans and other financing transactions; and intercompany franchising structures and related trademark and intangibles pricing. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Allen was a director of Global Transfer Pricing at McDonald’s Corporation.
