Mr. Iselin specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to questions arising in securities and finance, bankruptcy, valuation, and life insurance litigation matters. His case work experience has involved a range of issues, including analysis of market manipulation in the short-term municipal bonds and derivatives markets, assessment of exit financing terms in a large municipal bankruptcy, examination of custom and practice in the venture capital industry, and valuation of complex securities. Mr. Iselin has experience conducting financial analyses across a variety of industries, including investment banking, public finance, private equity, venture capital, and insurance.
