Summary of Experience
Mr. Ziadi specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to complex litigation matters involving damages quantification, cost of capital, market definition, and brand and asset valuation. His case work spans securities disputes, breach of contract, antitrust claims, insurance coverage, and trade secrets, with experience across sectors including aerospace, fintech, energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and municipal finance. Mr. Ziadi has supported expert testimony in both affirmative and rebuttal contexts, developed financial models and scenario analyses, and contributed to the preparation of Daubert responses and deposition materials. He has coauthored publications on algorithmic pricing and substitution patterns in aviation for Antitrust Chronicle and Antitrust Report and authored a working paper on the role of lessors in the airline input market. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Ziadi served as deputy CEO at Andes Airlines, where he led strategy across pricing and network operations, following earlier roles in planning and internal coordination.
